Blue Wave PCB  is a ground-level, fully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa (#3205) in the Beachview Villas section of Edgewater Beach Resort. Offering modern luxury and the ultimate convenience of easy walk-in access plus a private entry point for a quick walk to the beach, this unit is ideal for families, seniors, or those with mobility concerns.
 
Featuring a bright, open layout with upgraded appliances, LVP flooring throughout, and a welcoming living area with a queen sleeper sofa + patio access with seating. We have two bedrooms including a master suite with king bed and a guest bedroom with two queen beds. Both are thoughtfully updated for a comfortable coastal retreat with ceiling fans, clothing storage, and smart TVs.
 
Step outside to our private, covered patio and enjoy conveniences such as a full sized washer/dryer, all appliances large and small, dishware, cookware and utensils, and free high speed fiber WIFI.
 

As part of Panama City Beach's only full-service resort, guests enjoy exclusive access to 11 swimming pools (including a 11,500 sq. ft. Polynesian-style lagoon pool with waterfalls) and 4 hot tubs, a 9-hole executive golf course, 10 lighted tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, shuffleboard, and fitness center. And to reach the beach, grab the chairs/umbrella or toys we have available and hop on the free resort tram or step just outside our back patio to the private temporary access gate where a quick stroll has your toes in the sand.

Beyond our gates, explore a multitude of walkable dining options—from NY-style pizza to high-end seafood and our favorite ice cream shop, the Pink Pelican Ice Cream Bar (right across from our resort entrance). We're perfectly situated between Front Beach and Middle Beach Roads, less than 5 miles from Pier Park, making it easy to enjoy the area without heavy traffic.  

 
Important Policies:  
~ Primary renter must be at least 30 years old. 
~ No pets or ESA allowed. 
~ No smoking or parties allowed. 
~ A signed rental agreement, copy of primary guest's ID, and a $300 damage deposit hold (released upon uneventful checkout) are required prior to arrival. 
~ Booking includes resort fees and up to two parking passes.

About the Owner

Craig and Linda Veach from Pike Road Alabama. Been married 36 years with 2 children and 5 grandbabies. We bought at Edgewater because we love the resort and all the amenities and have been coming here many years
